The Diary

I’m Lili, a pole dancer and instructor from London, currently also a nomad travelling the globe. Finding studios to drop into in every new city was eating up way too much of my time, so I built POLEMAD to fix it. For me, and hopefully for every other travelling poler too. This is my pole diaries: every studio I’ve actually trained at reviewed, plus travel tips, beginner pole, kit, and whatever else comes up along the way on this adventure.
