Gravity Kiss: your studio for small classes and your own pole. Whether you’re a beginner or already have experience, you’ll train in a supportive atmosphere, receive individual guidance, and learn pole dance at your own pace.
Classes (8)
In Pole Level 0, you learn the most important basics on the static pole. Here you take your first steps, develop body awareness and discover your passion for pole dance.
Once you feel confident with the movements from Pole Level 0, you are ready for Pole Level 1. In this level, you will learn the first spinning moves on the rotating pole for the first time.
You have already gained pole experience and master the basic spins, climbing techniques, and first figures safely? Then Level 2 is exactly the right course for you.
