About
London Dance Academy is an alternative fitness studio in London, offering innovative Pole, Aerial and Contortion classes. First established in 2005, we have been in Old Street since 2012. An unconventional dance studio with traditional values. We cater for all levels in pole, aerial & contortion.
Classes (15)
Our Discover Pole class is for complete beginners to learn the basic steps, spins and tricks in pole dancing. You will need to do 3 of these to progress to Level 1.
During our Pole Level 1 (Foundation) class your posture, fitness and confidence will improve and more importantly, you’ll have loads of fun.
During our Pole Level 2 (Elementary) class, you will expand on the skills developed during Pole Level 1 (Foundation), and progress to learn more complex transitions and spins.
