“I went to Palermo after a short family stay near Catania, and fell in love with the Palermo cats and the narrow cobbled streets that reminded me of Cienfuegos and Havana in Cuba. I booked a pole hire with Amy at Palermo Paradise School to revisit some basics and tricks. It had been a good few weeks since my last pole session, and with a short stay and some travel plans I couldn't fit a class, but happy I was able to book some training instead. The studio is beautiful, tall ceilings and several pretty walls for photos and videos. Static and spin were available, and the ceiling is incredibly tall so I could work on tumbling tricks. There's a changing area, plus blocks, bands, mats and other props to help stretch and warm up. Booking was easy via Insta. Amy was really welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed during my training. Bonus: there was an adorable dog 🐕”
