Rude Girl Studio is a Liverpool pole studio rooted in authentic stripper style. With 60+ years’ combined industry experience and a predominantly current/former SWer team, we celebrate sensual movement, individuality and pole’s roots.

Intro to Pole Course
Our Intro to Pole course is designed for total beginners- no experience needed! If you’ve never touched a pole before this course is the perfect start.
Beginner/Improver Pole
Brand new to pole or ready to just completed our Intro to Pole course? This class is the perfect next step! You’ll build strength and confidence as you learn a mix of beginner and improver skills
Beginner Heels
Always wanted to dance in heels but not sure where to start? This class is perfect for beginners looking to build confidence, technique, and fluidity in pole heels.
Intermediate Pole
Ready to take your pole skills to the next level? This class is designed for students working at an Intermediate level, focusing on tricks, strength, and control.
Advanced Pole
Ready to take your pole skills to the next level? This class is designed for students working at an Advanced level, focusing on tricks, strength, and control.
Advanced Heels
This choreography-based class is for polers experienced in heels looking to refine their style, musicality, and technique. Expect a variety of styles, from slow, sultry to fast and dynamic choreo.
Advanced+ Pole
This high-energy class is designed for experienced polers ready to push their skills to the next level. You’ll work on upper advanced dynamic tricks, power moves, and flexibility-based skill
Sensual Pole Dance
This class is all about smooth, sexy movement, confidence, and technique.
Freestyle
Freestyle is a guided freestyle pole class built around prompts, themes and movement tasks rather than choreography.
Contemporary Low Flow
Low Flow is a contemporary dance–inspired pole class focused entirely around the base of the pole.
