The Institute of Pole is the only pole studio in Australia to be fully hybrid (students online and in-studio, simultaneously). Always small classes, we are the boutique pole experience tailoring to your learning style and unique body! Every body is welcome in the jungle!

New to Pole? This class is for you! Learn the basics of pole tricks, climbing and inversions. Build confidence, strength and coordination, as we start your pole journey with us!
Take longer intermediate pole tricks and combinations to new heights! Learn upright and inverted tricks and transitions progressively through the term, introducing pole splits and strength tricks!
Learn how to embellish your entries and exits on the pole, explore the foundations of Advanced level movement, unlocking those nemesis pole tricks. Test your endurance with longer combinations!
